2023 Herdade De Coelheiros Tapada White
93 Luis Gutierrez - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
The eponymous 2023 Branco, a 50/50 blend of Arinto and Roupeiro from dry-farmed vines planted in 2008 on granite soils, finished fermenting in 2,000-liter Austrian foudres, where it matured for 12 months with the lees. It comes in with a serious and elegant profile, good ripeness, 13% alcohol and very good freshness. It's balanced, fresh, very clean, elegant and tasty. It should develop nicely in bottle. 5,500 bottles produced. It was bottled in October 2024.

92 James Suckling - Jamessuckling.com
This tank sample of the final blend before bottling shows an abundance of ripe, juicy, almost syrupy fruit flavors, from blueberries to blackberries and cherries. It feels soft and plush, tastes warm and broad and adds chocolate and vanilla accents to all the sweet-tasting fruitiness. Drink or hold.
90 Jeb Dunnuck - jebdunnuck.com
Ripe plums, darker berries, spice, and chocolaty, savory herb notes all emerge from the 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley, a nicely textured, medium-bodied, incredibly satisfying Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon that has ripe tannins, plenty of mid-palate depth, and a great finish. It would be hard to find a better value-priced Cabernet Sauvignon in the vintage. Drink 2025-2030.
88 Joe Czerwinski - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
There are an impressive 20,000 cases of the 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon, more than half of which comes from the winery's Rutherford holdings. A blend of 81% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Cabernet Franc 7% Merlot, 3% Petit Verdot and 2% Malbec, all aged 18 months in 55% new French oak, it offers pleasing scents of cedar bark, mocha, vanilla, black cherries and hints of of dill and thyme. In the mouth, this medium to full-bodied offering lacks a bit of richness, but it does exhibit attractive fruit and just enough soft tannins to make it useful at the table.

2022 Matthiasson Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
99 Decanter
The first 2022 Napa Cabernet I've tasted that avoids the warm, juicy ripeness often associated with the vintage. Instead, it stays true to its character, showcasing beautifully pure black cherry and blue fruit aromatics, with a cooling menthol note and coiled energy. Framed by crisp, crunchy tannins and gorgeous, lacy acidity, leading to an impressively long finish of violets and fragrant bay laurel. Precise and focused. The blend contains 4% each of Petit Verdot and Merlot.

Subtle roasted spices, sour cherries, hibiscus and bramble berries. Youthful and quite lively palate with a fruity core of ripe, juicy berries and cherries. Flavorful finish. Drink now.
88 JoaquĆn Hidalgo - Vinous Media
The 2023 Malbec Pizzella is from Paraje Altamira, San Carlos in the Uco Valley. Fifty percent aged in oak barrels, this wine showcases red fruit and plum notes. It is leaner than in previous years, with a slightly rough texture, reflecting the impact of a challenging vintage.
87 Wine Spectator
A polished youngster, showing a smooth-textured core of macerated berries, with twinges of slate and herbs folding around suave tannins. Drink now.

#148496 750 mL
2022 Shafer Cabernet Sauvignon One Point Five
93 Joe Czerwinski - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
While the 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon One Point Five includes some purchased fruit, the aim is for it to become fully estate once new plantings come into production. It's an incrementally richer, darker and more concentrated wine than Shafer's TD-9, with black cherries wrapped in a subtle cloak of almost ephemeral cedar and vanilla. Full-bodied and velvety textured, with a lingering finish, it should drink well for at least 15 years.

2023 Bodegas El Nido Clio
93 JoaquĆn Hidalgo - Vinous Media
The 2023 Clio is composed of 70% Monastrell and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon from Jumilla. It was aged for 23 months in French and American oak barrels. Recently bottled, the oak is at the forefront but will integrate. The wine opens with plum, soft herbal notes and blackberry. Intense with fruit complexity, the palate is creamy, flavorful and delicate in tannins, finishing with a touch of oak that will meld with time.

"Beautifully balanced and refined in texture, this displays exotic ground spice and floral accents to the flavors of poached white peach, Meyer lemon and candied ginger, with hints of pastry and honey. Offers a lasting, mouthwatering finish. Drink now through 2023. 2,917 cases imported. -AN" (11/13)
92 Wine & Spirits
"If chardonnay could be a red wine, it might have the red fruit flavors of this blanc de blancs. Perhaps itās the floral aspects that turn its chamomile and yellow flower notes toward violets, or the deep earth tones adding color to the flavor. The fruit is persistent, sunny in the middle, then shaded by an almost tannic character to the lees that places the wine with food, particularly roast veal." (12/13)

2025 Bodegas Muga Rioja Blanco Blend from Spain
#152284 750 mL
2025 Bodegas Muga Rioja Blanco
"The 2025 Blanco, a blend of Viura, Garnacha Blanca and MalvasĆa from Rioja, opens with lively primary aromatics of nardos, pear and soft herbs alongside a hint of melon. On the palate, it is energetic, combining elevated freshness with a delicate chalky texture and a creamy undertone that adds breadth. The interplay between energy and richness gives the wine clarity and drive through the finish. A particularly successful vintage for this bottling, it offers excellent value among Rioja whites."

2022 Vietti Nebbiolo Perbacco
93 Monica Larner - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
Some fruit from Roncaglie goes into this wine, along with tidbits from other scattered Barolo vineyards. Aged for two years in large oak barrel, the Vietti 2022 Langhe Nebbiolo Perbacco is not too far off from tasting and smelling like a full-fledged Barbaresco, or even a Barolo for that matter, since it does technically have the DNA of both. The fruit is delivered with fresh, vertical intensity, and the wine's texture is firm and tensile. I like this vintage more than I thought I would.
