Dark red berries and sweet earth on the palate, with ample structure. There is a grippiness to the wines, and a touch of rusticity to this wine, in the most elegant sense. 17% new oak for 10 months.

The bouquet offers redcurrant, myrtle and fragrant herbal notes of fresh rosemary and thyme, evoking the herb garden that lines the walkway to the estate’s newly inaugurated tasting room and visitor center. This wine offers phenomenal value.
