94 Wine Enthusiast
A spicy, waxy, herbal combo fringes a core of lemongrass and ginger on this single vineyard wine from a longstanding, high quality Marlborough estate. The palate is slippery, textural, with crystalline crunch. A standout bottling, and distinctively different to the Savvy Bs of the region. It's food friendly, serious yet delicious, even cellar worthy.
93 Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier - CamDouglasMS.com
Delicious, bright, fresh, youthful and ready. Aromas and flavours of fresh brown pears and yellow apple, there’s a layer of white spice and honeysuckle, lees and florals. Youthful on the palate, dry with a decent squeeze from acidity and leesy spice highlights, a contrasting tickle of residual sweetness balances the palate and flavours immediately lengthening the impacts of structure and fruit flavours. Nicely framed and tasty with honeysuckle and core pomaceous fruit flavours. Best from late 2025 through 2029.
91 James Suckling - Jamessuckling.com
White nectarines, quince and lemons on the nose. The palate is medium-bodied with focused acidity, giving notes of orange rind, ginger root and mandarins. Balanced and fresh. Drink now. Screw cap

An intense and expressive wine with aromas of Parma violets, potpourri and vibrant minerality. Full-bodied, super concentrated and supple, with firm yet velvety tannins and refreshing acidity. The finish shows a solid structure and a polished aftertaste. Poised and balanced. Drink or hold.
95 Kerin O'Keefe - kerinokeefe.com
Aromas of ripe berry, wild rose, eucalyptus and dark spice lead the nose on the bold 2021 Brunate from Francesco Rinaldi. Firmly structured and full-bodied, the intense palate delivers mature black cherry extract, cool menthol and cinnamon before an anisette finish. Drink 2030-2041.

"Fermented with one-third whole clusters, the 2023 Syrah Estate exudes a lovely balance between high-toned energy and grounded depth. The nose is classically bright, savory and herbal before the palate takes a deep, darker-fruited turn, showcasing a beautiful, velvety texture supported by sturdy tannins. It finishes on a lifted yet weightless note with impressive precision."

93 Jeb Dunnuck - jebdunnuck.com
"The first vintage made at the new facility, the 2020 Echo De Lynch-Bages checks in as 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot that was raised all in once-used barrels. It’s a big, mouth-filling, serious second wine revealing classic Pauillac lead pencil and tobacco notes., plenty of ripe black fruits, velvety tannins, and a great finish. One of the more opulent, expansive wines in the vintage, it has loads to love as well as more than a hint of the style of the Grand Vin."
91 Wine Spectator
This has a nice generous feel, with cassis and damson plum unfurling easily, backed by light floral and iron notes through the fresh finish. Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Drink now through 2033. 10,416 cases made.

93 Josh Raynolds - Vinous Media
Dark, brilliant ruby. Pungent black raspberry and cherry aromas are complemented by floral, olive and baking spice nuances. Smooth and expansive on the palate, offering spice-tinged red and blue fruit preserve, licorice and allspice flavors that show fine delineation and mineral lift. Juicy and subtly chewy in texture, finishing with resonating blue fruit and spice character; tannins slowly emerge.
92 Jeb Dunnuck - jebdunnuck.com
From the southern part of the appellation and brought up all in used oak, the 2019 Saint Joseph is another ripe, sunny, textured beauty. Red and black fruits, ground pepper, and spice as well as medium-bodied richness and sweet tannins all make for a terrific Saint-Joseph. It will keep for a decade as well.
Aromas of sliced plums, sage and bay leaf. Medium-bodied with silky tannins. Juicy and succulent red fruit with lovely freshness and subtle ground spice. Drink now.

2023 Quinta Do Crasto Douro Reserva
94 Luis Gutierrez - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
The iconic 2023 Reserva Old Vines, or Reserva Vinhas Velhas, is a textbook modern red from Douro showing the complexity and nuance of the old field blends on schist soils with generous but nicely integrated oak and a commercial and approachable, showy profile. In 2023, it has good freshness, ripeness and 14.5% alcohol, with a pH of 3.71 and 5.4 grams of acidity. It's medium- to full bodied and fine-boned. It matured in 85% French and 15% American oak barrels, 65% of them new, for 18 months.
