Dark red berries and sweet earth on the palate, with ample structure. There is a grippiness to the wines, and a touch of rusticity to this wine, in the most elegant sense. 17% new oak for 10 months.

It fermented mostly in concrete vats, destemmed and with indigenous yeasts, and had an élevage in concrete of approximately six months. It has notes of red berries and herbs, with purity and a gentle mouthfeel through very fine, chalky tannins. 4,800 bottles were filled in April 2022.
