Our 2021 Beacon Hill chardonnay comes from a cool climate site in the Yamhill AVA. We picked early to maintain the fruit’s natural acidity while working with occasional bâtonnage to incorporate the lees and manage noble reduction. This wine showcases a light nutty flavor followed by ripe stone fruit, lemon curd, and star anise.
