Winemaking: Once in the cellar the grapes are destemmed before being transferred to tanks. Direct pressing, followed by a low temperature fermentation and aging on lees. Food Pairings: Perfectly paired with seafood dishes of all kinds, veal, poultry dishes, or alone as an aperitif.
