Peppery spice develops on the palate, but it’s gentle and further softened by gingersnaps, marsh mallow creaminess, and lemon sorbet. The finish ties everything up with a neat, spicy sweet bow: Molasses cookies and peach tea are balanced by cayenne powder, jalapeño peppers, and plenty of rye spice.
