2020 Rive De Malva St Joseph Syrah from France
#133416 750 mL
2020 Rive De Malva St Joseph
92 International Wine Report
The 2020 Rive de Malva Saint-Joseph delivers aromas of black raspberries and bramble fruit, which is woven together with spices, pepper, wet stones, lavendar and hints of licorice. On the palate this with nicely balanced with medium body that is wrapped in a silky tannins which continues to impress all the way through the racy finish. A lovely wine to approach now, but should become even more compelling after some short-term cellaring.
92 James Suckling - Jamessuckling.com
A very good introduction to this appellation. Quite a complex nose of black pepper, smoke and blackberry with a hint of leather. The palate is medium-bodied but focused and energetic, the gentle tannin already well integrated, the finish long and clean. Drink or hold.

2020 Credaro 1000 Crowns Cabernet Sauvignon Cabernet Sauvignon from Australia
#134974 750 mL
2020 Credaro 1000 Crowns Cabernet Sauvignon
95 Erin Larkin - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
"Brilliant wine, here. The 2020 1000 Crowns Cabernet Sauvignon has concentrated berries and spice wedged into the folds of tannin that fill the mouth. 2020 was a vintage that produced wines just like this, and all in all, it was a fantastic vintage in Margaret River. This is a good example of what was possible across the board in the region, and it will age very well. Impressive wine."

2015 Quinta Da Falorca Touriga Nacional Touriga Nacional from Portugal
#133049 750 mL
2015 Quinta Da Falorca Touriga Nacional
94 Mark Squires - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
The 2015 Touriga Nacional Quinta da Falorca is a blend with more than 30 clones of Touriga Nacional from three different vineyards and was aged for 18 months in new French oak. It comes in at 14% alcohol. Fresh and expressive of its grape in flavor, it is also very aromatic and bright. This is an elegant Touriga that eschews jammy fruit. It goes for elegance, silky texture and liveliness more than big concentration in mouthfeel. This is a sunny delight and a little exuberant right now. It is more graceful than the typical 2015, it seems. This should improve nicely with age. Whatever the final result, it is a perfect food wine, and it will be a pleasure to drink. It is quite drinkable today, but it will continue to develop. Holding it another year or two would help. There were 7,200 bottles produced.

2015 Quinta Da Falorca Lagar Reserva Blend from Portugal
#132641 750 mL
2015 Quinta Da Falorca Lagar Reserva
93 Mark Squires - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
"The 2015 Reserva Quinta da Falorca Lagar is a blend of dozens of clones of Touriga Nacional (70%), Alfrocheiro (15%) and Tinta Roriz (15%) aged for 18 months in new French oak. It comes in at 14% alcohol. When you want a Burgundian experience in Portugal, Dão is where you are mostly likely to find it, even without Pinot Noir. Textured, elegant and very sensual, this is a perfectly constructed Reserva that is easy to drink now, but it still has plenty of room for improvement. The tannins are evident now, but they have moderated to a point where this is quite drinkable. As this aired out, it became ever more appealing, acquiring complexity and gravitas. This still has plenty of upside potential if you want to cellar it for a couple of years more. There were 7,000 bottles produced."

#133991 750 mL
2020 Tenuta Di Trinoro Le Cupole Toscana
92 Antonio Galloni - Vinous
The 2020 Le Cupole is a rich, flavorful wine. Super-ripe dark cherry, plum, espresso, incense and chocolate are front and center. There's not much subtlety here, but then again I am not sure that is the goal, either. This flamboyant red will be a joy to drink right out of the gate.

2019 Voarick Mercurey Clos Du Paradis Pinot Noir from France

2019 Voarick Mercurey Clos Du Paradis
90 Wine Enthusiast
Tasted simultaneously to the similarly compelling 2018 vintage, this 2019 Clos du Paradis offers ripe blackberry and plum flavors with an added richness and density of mouthfeel. While fresh in acidity, it's a robust, velveteen Pinot Noir coated in layers of espresso-powder tannins that leave a subtly charry tinge on the finish. Hold till 2024. The wine should drink well through 2035

93 Wine Spectator
"A compact red, fresh and medium- to full-bodied, with a subtle toasty overtone to the flavors of black plum and blackberry reduction, cigar box, vanilla and loamy earth. Dense tannins are fine and well-meshed, emerging on the firm finish. Tight-knit, with underlying power but overall grace, this should open with some age. Tempranillo. Best from 2025 through 2033. 850 cases made, 300 cases imported."

93 International Wine Report
The 2018 Garnacha Rioja Alavesa 'EME' delivers aromas of black cherries and boysenberries which are woven together with spices, toasted oak, florals and hints of herbs all take shape in the glass. On the palate this possesses a medium to full-body with a nicely textured mouthfeel that is underlined by just enough acidity to provide a sense freshness. This continues to deliver ripe flavors of black/red fruits that are nuanced by sweet oak and spices which continue to build through the finish.
An aromatic and vibrant red that lies in the spectrum of ripe red fruit, with notes of strawberries, raspberries, dried orange peel and spices. Some mineral notes, too. Medium-bodied with flashy, succulent character. Plush, chalky tannins and a savory finish. Drink or hold.
