This wine has a nose loaded with crushed raspberry and cherry aromas, with hints of bitter chocolate, anise and white pepper. The palate is plush and ripe, with more berry, cherry, caramel and clove flavors. Plenty of tannin suggests that this will age gracefully for ten years or more.
