I tasted the 2021 Miranius from a magnum, which is the format that is released now, after they sold the regular bottles. The 2024 in bottle will not be sold until 2026. This 2021 has the advantage of a very good and cooler year, the extra time and the large bottle, which always means a slower and nicer evolution in bottle. It's made from fermented Xarel.lo must from different vineyards, from growers or their own, with purity, very tasty flavors and a spark of acidity. This is the flagship wine for the project, where they show the naked place and grape and the aging potential of even the more basic wines. The magnums were bottled in June 2022.
