Rich and elegant, with a soft yellow color, developing flowery hints of white petals, coconut and tropical fruits. These vines are irrigated by the Tunuyan river with tributaries of snow-cap meltwater that comes down from the San José volcano, adding a mineral quality to balance the fruit.
