Bourrasque means ‘gust of wind’, which alludes to the fresh quality of the wine on the palate. Except for the fact that it has a noticeable flavor of fruit, it tastes quite a bit like Champagne. At the price, it’s really a remarkable value. Try it with seafood, appetizers, and even soft cheeses.
Savory, light and well balanced with fine bubbles. This wine has
green apple aromas, ripe melon flavors, and a little bit of pepper. The
finish is crispy, on mineral notes with a hint of dry fruits.
