A unique and singular wine by Paulo Laureano obtained from an older vineyard in field blend style. The character here is a lot less concentrated for the Alentejo region, rather benefiting the elegance and complexity. This wine was cellar aged for 5 years in the bottle and is the perfect pairing for fatty fishes such as Tuna, Salmon and Portugal’s own “Bacalhau”

Ripe fruit complex aroma, notes of plum jam and mixed berries with wooden toast from the ageing in oak. Long in the mouth, ends with elegant notes. 16,5 pts Revista de Vinhos.

This blend also contains 10% tinta Grossa which is a grape Paulo Laureano helped rediscover
