The 2018 Vin Santo del Chianti Classico is another classic in this range from Fèlsina. Sweet dried cherry, white flowers, hazelnut, dried herbs, menthol, orange peel and cinnamon are some of the many notes that grace the palate. Soft, pliant contours frame the mid-palate and long, resonant finish. The 270 grams of residual sugar is very nicely integrated.
