Brooding nose with sweet blackberries, dark cherries and violets. Rich, full-bodied and concentrated with some nicely chewy tannins and a tight, flavorful finish. A bit high-octane, but it has good flavor intensity to keep the high alcohol on its feet. Better were there more energy to keep it interesting for the second and third glass. Needs food. Try in 2025.
