A foothill terroir, where influences from the Larzac and the Mediterranean mingle, a terroir of stony and clay-limestone hillsides, at the foot of Mount Saint-Baudille... The estate is located in Jonquières, about thirty kilometers northwest of Montpellier, in the heart of the Terrasses du Larzac. The generous Mediterranean climate is balanced by the cool air of the neighboring Larzac plateau. This preserves freshness and acidity, and the day-night temperature variations during the ripening period contribute to the development of a beautiful aromatic profile. Twelve grape varieties are cultivated. The aim is to find, for each plot, the grape variety best suited to expressing the terroir's identity, in a quest for harmony and balance in the wines.
