Brilliant ruby. Potent red and blue fruit aromas are complemented by suggestions of candied flowers, smoky bacon and exotic spices. Fleshy and well-concentrated, offering sweet black raspberry and mulberry flavors and bitter chocolate and licorice flourishes. The floral note repeats on a long, mineral-driven finish that's framed by smooth, slowly building tannins.
