"This wine is a blend of Syrah (76%), Grenache (21%) and Viognier (3%). Perfumed aromas of orange peel, flowers, spice and dark fruit lead to plump raspberry and smoked meat flavors. It needs time to unwind."

"Taut, with a firm texture to focused blueberry, plum and spice flavors that expand and persist on the finish. Syrah, Grenache and Viognier. Best from 2017 through 2021. 245 cases made."
Product Description:
Silky but concentrated, with plum skin, black currants and cocoa powder. A savory note weaves through, reminiscent of bay leaf and olive. The palate is thick, with black fruit, spice and a saline quality giving it a mouthwatering impression. The tannins provide framework, but are fine and melt away. The finish has great lift and has a fresh and floral black tea perfume.
