Lemons, limes and a layered biscuity, richness that lifts the aromatics out of the glass. There is also a light savory character, along with a minerality that Is almost briny. The attack is so rich and supple, giving the impression of super sweet ripe limes and kiwifruit. There is juicy, broad acidity too, which pulls you to the mid palate where there is amazing depth and complexity of the kiwifruit from the opening plus an almost floral element of pineapple and citrus blossom, all intertwined with classic Three Brooms blackcurrant leaf, minerality and smokiness.
