This is a classic Loire Sauvignon Blanc. Fragrant and savory aromas of bosc pear, green apple, tomato leaf and dried field grass open on the nose tickled by lilac on the underbelly. Rich fruit rests on a bed of hay and white blossom leading to a lemon-zested finish. Delightfully low in alcohol at 11.5%, you can relax restraint and enjoy another glass.
