The domaine has a diverse array of old-vine parcels of 50-70 year-old vines, most facing southwest at high elevations above the villages of Verdigny and Chavignol. The old vines and perfect exposures result in wines with more weight and better texture with ripe citrus and peach fruit. The mineral soil adds aromatic complexity, amazing tension and incredible length with an almost salty finish. It’s wine that is always begging for another sip…the ’23 is so fine aromatically, truly classic Sancerre, with intense fruit, distinct minerality and vibrant acidity. WINERY
