A very good effort for a sauvignon blanc from Casablanca, showing hints of blossoms and mineral to the guava and green apples. Textured, medium-bodied palate with elegant white fruit and a dry but flavorful finish.
Product Description:
"Hidden among the hills of the Central Valley of
Chile, Casablanca receives a constant influx of a
cool ocean breeze from the nearby Pacific
Ocean. Combined with a unique minerality, fresh
crispness and acidity, Jabber Sauvignon Blanc is a great example of the quality and
expressions of the Casablanca Valley." -Winery
"I sold the name my parents gave me so now I'm stuck with Jabber, a nickname from my close friends" -Winemaker: Kim Crawford.
