So much complex pear blossom, peaches, Meyer lemon, pineapple and snap peas. Full bodied with a layered, phenolic texture and a tangy and vivid finish. Some flint at the end. 3.3 pH. Really zesty. Grows in the glass. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. Drink or hold.

The 2022 Sauvignon Blanc was picked before the heat event in September. It skips out of the glass with bright, cheery scents of lemonade, lime blossom, candle wax, and yuzu zest with wafts of chalk dust and coriander seed. The medium to full-bodied palate has a satiny texture and fantastic freshness supporting the intense citrus flavors, finishing on a lingering chalky note. What wonderful energy!
