Harvest is achieved entirely by hand and fermentations are done with only neutral yeasts. In 2015 Anthony's brother David joined him in the domaine. The grapes for this wine come from the most famous slope 'Mont Damnés', which, with its fully south-facing exposure, guarantees very intense and complex wines from sauvignon blanc. There are 3 hectares of vines all on the Monts Damnés and the vines are now 70 years old. It offers an enticing white peach aroma interspersed with hints of herbs, lime, and flint. This bouquet carries through to the palate, showcasing a pristine clarity, a gradual burst of acidity, and a lasting mineral character.
