The palate is laced with vibrant acidity, showcasing delicious flavors of tropical kiwi fruit, ripe citrus and honeydew melon. This wine was fermented and aged in 100% stainless steel to highlight the primary Sauvignon Blanc aromatics and capture the bright, citrusy mineral notes. Produced from 3 three clones of Sauvignon Blanc and a dash of Semillon the blend adds texture and depth to the palate and accentuates the inviting fruit/floral notes of this complex wine." -Winery
