Colète White sits alongside their Napa Valley Merlot. A a passion project of Rajat Parr and Marie Vayron Ponsonnet. A blend of 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Semillon, again organically farmed with a long fermentation, using indigenous years and finally aged in old oak for 11-months, imparting body and weight to the wine.
