Mostly Sangiovese with smaller parts of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, the Castello dei Rampolla 2024 Chianti Classico is punchy and bright, with dried rose, earthy sensations and plenty of personality. The wine shows good fullness while maintaining a very clean and pristine character. Chalky tannins add firmness and definition to the palate, giving the wine a nicely tactile finish. Gotta love it. Some 38,850 bottles and magnums were made.
