Fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature of 26- 28°C; Maceration on the skins lasted for about 20 days. The wines were assembled and matured both in steel vats and in tonneaux (oak barrels of 5 hl), for about 12 months. Dark garnet red color. Red fruits and aromatic herbs notes. Good body, persistent and harmonic wine. Serve it with pasta, red meat, roasted meat and vegetables. - winery
