"Aromatic red with plum and strawberry character that follows through to a full body, firm and silky tannins and a flavorful finish. A special collection from this "musical" producer. Better in 2017."

Flauto Magico means "magic flute" in Italian. The 2010 Brunello di Montalcino Riserva does show some of the elegant lightness that evokes the soothing sound of soft music. The wine also reveals the good balance and harmony that makes this such a standout vintage for this celebrated Tuscan appellation. Delicate tones of wild berry, balsam herb and cola emerge from the glass. The balsam notes are of particular interest. The mouthfeel reveals silky tannins and fresh acidity. This wine plays its cards very nicely.
Product Description:
"Color dark ruby red with garnet shades. Aroma: intense aromas of
black cherry, cedar and violet. Taste: bright red cherry flavors, with
more elegant tannins than the Brunello classic…thanks to Amadeus?
Perhaps, but we’ll let you be the judge." -Winery
