The 2021 White is a blend of 40% Chardonnay, 26% Roussanne, 19% Marsanne, and 15% Viognier coming from Slide Hill, Stolpman, and Jespersen vineyards, was aged for around 21 months in 50% new French oak. The color is a pale lemon straw. Notes of salted almonds, lemon tart, and apple pie jump from the glass followed by hints of lime leaves and fresh straw. The medium-bodied palate is elegant and fresh, with just enough acidity to counter the mineral-laced citrus fruit layers, and finishing long. 300 cases were made.
