The St. Anthony Riesling Rotschiefer opens with an intense and finely flinty bouquet of ripe, elegant Riesling aromas and is silky, refined and dry with crystalline acidity and delicate grip on the finish. This is excellent quality. The biodynamically cultivated grapes come exclusively from the famous Roten Hang (Red Slope) in Rheinhessen and are directly pressed and fermented predominately in stainless steel with natural yeasts. Medium -bodied with a yellow-fruity nose, fine residual sweetness and moderate acidity, the Riesling Rotschiefer makes every sip a pleasure to drink.
