The grapes for this come from various, selected locations of the winery, they are gently pressed and partly aged in barrels. The result is complex and precise, with the typical Riesling fruit and minerality, but wonderfully restrained acidity and an incomparable enamel. Refreshing, young and at the same time gentle: exceptional Riesling enjoyment.
