The 2021 Riesling Cuvée Théo is harvested in the granitic sand of the Clos des Capucins. There is a slight reduction and a subtle scent, but swirling reveals a touch of orange peel. The palate has the taut, bright citrus wonder we know. A light-bodied, vivid and dry Riesling shining with ripe lemon and subtle tangerine. The finish is bone-dry with a zesty finish. (Bone-dry)
