The limestone soils at the base of the mountain, Donnersberg in the Rheinhessen allow Klaus Pete Keller to extract incredible aromas and flavors from his off-dry, fruity Riesling. The Limestone cuvee of Riesling comes from younger vines in the village of Westofens. Vinified in tank, this bright and juicy Riesling is full of fresh stone fruits, just a touch of sweetness, wrapped tightly by bracing acidity. Pair with richer food, sushi and spicy dishes.
