Rihaku had to pass their family traditions down rather hastily and as a result the brewery has some of the youngest operators of any sake brewery. The brother and sister team Yuchiro and Michiko Tanaka produced this pure, ricey sake with just enough acidity to cut the viscosity of the alcohol and an inherent dryness that makes it extremely easy to drink-named after Li Bai, famous Chinese Romantic Poet. Rice is Kannomai. Polishing 68%. Alcohol 14.5%.
