Aromas and flavors of tapioca, peach jam, cashew brittle, and papaya and paw paw with a round, bright, fruity medium-to-full body and a sleek, medium-long finish manifesting notes of apple custard tart, candied yams, pepper, and blue raspberry finish. A juicy, fruity, easy-drinking junmai with pleasing warmth.

Product Description:

TASTING NOTE: Fruitier and cleaner than many junmais, which lean earthy and dry. Still solid and rich, with notes of deep, ripe plum. Finishes with crisp acidity.
FOOD PAIRING: Serve chilled or at room temperature. Pair with many foods, but especially nutty cheeses, ramen, and grilled pork.
