The NV Rosé Grand Cru is a blended rosé whose structure is brought by the frame of Pinot Noir, elegantly balanced by its Chardonnay. Its richness in red wine and its content dosage makes it a wine to be enjoyed in any season, as an aperitif as with a meal.

On the nose straight, loose and well structured, the first nose delivers notes of rose, raspberry alcohol, and rhubarb. The opening reveals shades of blood orange and lemon.

Pure and tasty attack, revealing aromas of stone fruits (griotte/morello cherry, mirabelle/sweet yellow plum) and citrus (orange). The tangy framework structures this cuvée wonderfully, punctuated by the bitter pink grapefruit.
