Clotilde Davenne is a force to be reckoned with. Although she holds just 1.9 hectares to her name, Clotilde works with fruit from numerous premier and grand cru sites across Burgundy. Her Crémant de Bourgogne Rosé is made via the méthode traditionelle and ages for 18 months the lees. The wine is refreshing and bone dry, noted with flavors of strawberry, cherry, and white flowers. The perfect aperitif bottle!
