Our estate is located in the commune of Echevronne, a charming village in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune. Our vineyard originated from a family estate. After a year of studying oenology at the University of Dijon, Pierre Cornu took over his parents' vineyard. In 1981, he married Bernadette CAMUS, a winegrower and also from a family of winegrowers in Savigny-Lès-Beaune. Today our estate covers 12 hectares of vineyards. Throughout the year, the work in the vineyard is carried out with the utmost care in order to obtain the best wine. Le Pernand-Vergelesses se présente sous des traits rubis foncé à reflets pourpres intenses. Le nez s'ouvre sur la fraise, la framboisesolide et pulpeux, c'est un grand séducteur. Avec ses tanins virils mais superbement fondus, sa préférence va naturellement aux viandes à saveurs relativement fortes.
