"From vines planted between 2002 and 2005, the 2023 Pinot Noir Gap's Crown Vineyard was fermented with 15% whole clusters and matured in 50% new French oak. It takes coaxing to reveal cranberry, orange peel, cinnamon stick, forest floor and mushroom aromas. Full-bodied, it floods the mouth with dark, earthy flavors. It’s structured by silky tannins and mouthwatering acidity and has a long, latent finish. It will benefit from time in the cellar. 1,175 cases produced."
