From the same Pinot Noir grape variety, it is a saignée wine, vinified in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. Of an incomparable color, fruity and refreshing, it is very appreciated in summer. It is drunk chilled (8°). To drink as an aperitif, especially with salads, charcuterie and grilled meats.
