"Yarden Pinot Noir exhibits bright raspberry and cranberry fruit notes, along with characters of violets and hints of spice, all with a background of French oak. This elegant Pinot displays medium body and a satisfying finish. Although appealing upon release, the Yarden Pinot Noir will improve in the bottle over the next few years, and should stay in good drinking condition for about five to eight years from vintage. Great with a wide variety of dishes, the wine pairs nicely with Peking duck pancakes, seared tuna with mango salsa, or creamy mushroom risotto."- Winery
