Sourced from vineyards around Chateaumeillant in the Eastern Loire Valley, planted in the 1990s. The soils are sand and gravel. The fermentation is in stainless steel tanks under low temperatures around 68F then aged in stainless steel tanks for 6 months. The result is a fresh and exciting style of Pinot Noir for every occasion.
