The 2021 Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast is sourced from Freestone-Occidental and Petaluma Gap sub-regions and utilized 33% whole cluster fermentation. It offers savory notes of wild herbs, cinnamon, and dried cranberry, and the palate is dry and medium-bodied, with a subtly angular tannin structure and dried raspberry, black tea, and turned earth. A lovely wine to accompany simple roast chicken or duck at the table, drink it over the next 5-6 years.
