"Our first vintage of Sonoma Carneros Pinot Noir from the Robles Vineyards. The vineyards are situated next to the San Pablo Bay just on the other side of the Napa county line. 100% percent Pinot Noir hand harvested and gently fermented over a 20 day period. Aged 18 months in 30% new French Oak Barrels. The wine is pale to medium body with a ruby-purple color. It posses an expressive nose of black cherries, mulberries and black raspberries with touches of violets and cinnamon stick, plus a waft of underbrush. The finish is framed by satiny tannins and a racy acid line, long and tangy." - Winery
