Citrus blossom, red apple and cranberry on the nose. Ripe red summer berries, lemon and grapefruit on the textured palate, thanks to 18 months of ageing on lees. The dosage is at 10g/l, offset by crisp acidity at 8g/l. Hints of salted blood orange and nuts on the finish.

This small batch traditional method sparkling wine is created using the three classic varieties: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Wild Rose is a complex blend of rich, pure raspberries and strawberries that perfectly balance a crisp, clean, very English finish.
The Wild Rose has an elegant nose of wild strawberry with hints of raspberry as well as soft, light notes of sweet pastry and brioche. It has a super bright and fresh palate with exuberant youth and freshness that leads to tangy cranberry and raspberry. This is quite linear and direct, but there’s a beautiful sense of purity and an almost powdery, sherbert-like texture. Give it time in the glass, and you will be rewarded. Importer
