Bing cherry, kirsch, and rose petals fill the nose.
The palate is graceful with fresh red fruits and a subtle spice that comes from the whole clusters.
The lots in this wine were sourced from Tina Marie Vineyard, Petaluma Gap Vineyard,
and Riddle Vineyard. Every vineyard was fermented separately with native yeasts in small open-top
fermenters. About 30% whole clusters were used across the board. After two-three weeks of one-two
punchdowns a day we drained the ferments to 20% new French oak and aged the wine
for ten months before bottling
