The Domaine de l’Évêché has 35 acres in several appellations : Mercurey, Bourgogne Côte Chalonnaise, Crémant de Bourgogne, Coteaux Bourguignons and Bourgogne Aligoté. Most of our production is from Pinot Noir (80%) and Chardonnay (15%), but we also grow Aligoté and Gamay (5%). All of our production and marketing is done at the property, using our own equipment and team. - Winery
