This 2010 Pinot Noir comes from numerous small parcels of fruit from select sites in Central Otago. These have combined to give a complex, rich and earthy pinot noir. Smooth on the finish, with classic dark cherry, chocolate and savory characters. This wine will improve over time and it should be decanted to open up and reveal the layers within. - winery
