The 2024 Pinot Gris Classic is picked partly in Riquewihr, partly in Pfaffenheim and Rouffach, chiefly on limestone, marl and clay. Freshly cut green and yellow pear radiates from the glass. The palate is beautifully concentrated, bright and dry. This is a straight-laced Pinot Gris with vivid, wonderfully clean-cut verve. (Bone-dry)
